Hey now, Don't make a low blow toward the company because you're upset with the EULA. In essence poser does the same thing. I found this out when I e-mailed Ed Baumgaten about the wings in his "The Waiting" He told me that Poser meshes, modified or not, cannot be distributed. Zygote (or DAZ whatever they're called now)just covers this up by assuming if a pz3 is downloaded with a figure , you already have the original obj it came from pre-installed. The meshes in Tree Pro are modified yes, but as Coldrake said, they aren't of a completely new mesh, therefore, they are still property of Oynx, and the EULA can state if a party can or cannot distribute meshes. Why wouldnt they let you use them in images? I remember sometime last year, when a person converted meshes from Zygote and other places to DXF files and claming them as his own "modified creations" This is the same thing. Zygote threated court action, along with contacting the web host. Luckly he took them down. Anyway, I've beaten enough of this dead horse. Chris, I'm sure you can find pricing on the web site :) Regards, Matt
