Assuming you're using Windows, pick one of these with -ansi- in their names, depending on if you have downloaded and installed python 2.3 or 2.4. If you downloaded python recently, it is probably version 2.4. Note that it doesn't matter at all what version of python that Poser is using as this is completely separate.
