when saving poses you must turn off ik. it's cool to use ik to get to the pose but then you must turn it off to save the pose. make sure all the body parts down the chain to the feet are included in the saved pose. i am afraid that you probably lost the saved pose because of this. ik being on makes us think that the pose is correct when we save it, but it does not save the neccessary information that will appear in the extremeties below the hip unless ik is turned off. then those dials spin to their accurate targets. then the pose will save successfully.
