As far as I know, there's no morph for the P4 Nude Woman - also known as Posette - to make her look like The Girl. There are various ways of combining body parts, though, and a lot of Japanese sites specialise in doing this. I don't think there's one for your specific request but if you take a look around the Japanese sites you'll get an idea of what to do. BTW, I'm sure someone will stop by with more doresct assistance soon.
