" No offense but why pursue this TEDIOUS unwinnable argument ?? the rosity servers are private property we are INVITED GUESTS. that fact that they run a Store here and our purchases suport the site BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH not with standing. their TOS is what it is and it seems pretty clear to me at least
