First, though... make a copy just in case... are you talking about the graphics on the car?... If you are, one of the things I'd do is to create at least two copies of the layer..... convert the white(on one layer) to a neutral colour... grey, maybe, but something that doesn't appear on any of the graphice, magic wand the areas that you want to select for colour change, then colour change... be careful of how much range you give it in selecting the colour.... the UPPER slider... the preview will give you a good idea of what's being affected. the simple reason for the additional layers is to not have to reload the image every time you don't like what you get. undo doesn't ALWAYS put it back exactly the way it was.
