Ek-art, there is no gore in this film, the violence is very PG, but there is violence and death. And that could be traumatic to young kids who may not understand it. Also, if a child is predisposed to a fear of being taken from their parents, the scene at the train station could be upsetting. All in all its very kid friendly, but it does have some parts that could scare a young child. Also, the talking animals are very very realistically done. This might also disturb some children. Oh but those beavers were great. I loved the friendly, husband wife exchanges between them. :-D I hope you all enjoy it, its definately a great kids movie.
