Ok, so basically - you are telling me that despite a merchant telling you via email to pull a product so said merchant can update it due to a copyright violation, no harm done, you're actually also demanding a formal complaint be made, depsite the fact this was solved in a friendly manner between the parties ? This merchant has contacted you thrice over email. Surely you are able to assist a merchant who's repeatedly contacted you over pulling a set ? On the other hand - if it's that easy to get all confused over a little nick, I can well understand I have to complicate matters and formalise this. ~s
