Chavs are town dwellers..young adults l suppose 14 plus.. a culture of their own.. street culture .. dont know how l could liken them to a group in america... yob culture.. gold rings on each finger..drive around with loud speakers booming the neighbour hood.. A dress code...think sunday roast is stealing a car joy riding.. then setting fire to the evidence.. and not the brightest sparks in the community.. To be honest shelia very similar to you...chavs are a new cult to me..!!!!.. love my retreat in sleepy hallow where l live...:)..:))
