Hey spinner, Just to confirm with you also, there is no mention from the "infringing" merchant on an updated file, nor is there any trace of one on the ftp server, or in the pending queue. I would be more than happy to update the zip in the MarketPlace right away if I could get an updated zip. That would save you from filling out the copyright complaint form. Thanks again! Deb
