Thanks. Could you reset this one again for me? I am currently on my last attempt, and I am almost positive I will need it reset again. I don't know what the problem is but this last order of mine has been giving me fits. Internet Explorer freezes up at 1%, Opera froze at 3% and Firefox just stops unless I babysit it (keeping other internet windows active, which also slows it down). I just can't win. I just updated to Norton Internet Security 2006 so maybe something got screwy, but I can't find anything. I don't know whether to pull my hair out or cry. Michelle
