If you really want to apply the same settings to ALL the materials in a figure, then do the following :-

Setup on material as you want it
Right click on the Material Room background and select "Select All"
Right click again and select "Apply to all ..."
Click "Yes" in answer to the dialog.

This option isn't useful with figures that use more than one map.
A script or utility is better than copy & paste where the figure has a lot of different zones that need the same settings.
