Did you get a c5 receipt? That should have the code on it. Lot's in there so scan the whole thing. Should be from element 5 and subject saying download link and license key. In That you have to look very carefully for key, because there is alot in the email and it is very hard to miss...gotta scan carefully. Since you got the free upgrade I guess that email may have been different.
