The only thing I know of regarding the library is the library.xml file found in the pref folder in Poser. It's not visible there until you have opened poser first though, then the file is created. For poser 5 if you edit the 4th line down, you can increase the number of thumbnails viewed from 100 to up to 500 or 750 I think. I don't know anything about speeding up thumbnail viewing though. I think that depends wholely on your computer's ability.
