Acadia, just for kicks, try renaming that file, and see if you notice a difference. This is applicable even for people on PCs, as the file is part of Poser's "legacy code" from when it was on the Mac. I'm on a PC, and renamed the file with P5, and noticed a marked increase when switching Runtimes.
