I tried with NO_FIGURE, and that also works. Even in multiple character scenes. Seems like you'll have to name a non-existing figure to have it work. BTW, this is in P6. Works in P5 too.
The pen is mightier than the sword. But if you literally want to have some impact, use a typewriter
