Subject: Wish people a merry christmas

CD: What law are you on about? It is a given that if we wish anyone Merry Christmas it does not mean that we wish to offend or insult people of other faiths. In my experiance those people will politely explain that they are not christians but accept the sentiment in the manner in which it was meant. In the UK such a person (as yourself) will reply 'Happy Holidays' or something of that nature. Personnaly, I won't knuckle under to this Politically Correct crap people like you are trying to foist on us well-meaning, god-fearing, honest, hard-working and peace-loving human beings! If you are an atheist, card-carrying member of the ACLU, then good luck to you, but don't tell me how I should or should-not wish another human being Merry Christmas.
