Not sure about the rest of the world but here in Canada it's not against the law to wish anyone a Merry Christmas. Nor do I get upset when I see a "Happy Hanukkah" post. Or that Rhamadon has started. I accept the gesture in the spirit in which it is intended. I accept the right of others to worship or not as they see fit, and don't force my philosophies on others. But I do get tired of being expected to accept that I should embrace the concept of two men getting married yet be frowned upon for wishing others a Merry Christmas. The door of tolerance must swing both ways if it is going to allow the the passage of people from all directions. My advice, as insignificant as it is, would be to avoid reading any "Merry Christmas" posts if you are unable to accept the goodwill that in which the gesture is offered and allow those who wish to exchange well wishes to do so. Surely you're not endorsing censhorship are you? Despite an obvious difference of opinion, I wish you Happy Holidays and hope that the new year is good to you, and all others here.
