I've been using the combination of Maconverter and Macinstaller and they work super, never have any problems. You have to tell Macinstaller where your Poser lives the first time, after that everything goes automatically. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Macinstaller expects the files to be in their heirarchial folders, in other words a Runtime folder, with a Geometry and Texture folder inside it, and then other folders inside that. This is a way a proper Zip should be set up when you download it, the only reason it wouldn't be like this would be something like a prop that only has files that go in one place. Anyway, just dump the Runtime folder from the Zip on the Maconverter icon, when it finishes dump it on the Macinstaller Icon. Macinstaller asks one question, the top box will usally say "Runtime", change that to the name you want to be on the Caracter Library page (like "Supermodel Vickie clothing"). In my opinion, the Max stuff is aeasier than the PC stuff, if there are any Objaction files to be converted Macinnstaller (or maybe it is Macconverter) will do that automatically.
