Hi JeffH/TravisB, I guess from the above new item at the store, Travis has resolved the problems with the original Tribal character. Will I get to download the updated zip file from "My Purchases"? I bought the original Tribal character (Tribal1006.zip) on 6 Mar 2001 and reported that it was not loading into Poser 4; the file was then subsequently removed from the Store (although "My Purchases" still has the broken link). Travis has attempted to send me some files while he was working on the fix but due to size of the files and my e-mail quota, this was unsuccessful. Therefore, it would be good if I could download the updated file from the Store. The pricing has been revised to $12.00 from the original $16.00 that I had paid. I wouldn't mind this if the new file(s) work! Hoping to hear from you soon!

The new file is a set of texture maps only. I guess there were too many problems with the Pro Pack. Not sure how Travis wants to compensate you for the price difference. E-mail him about that. -JH.

Hi Jeff, The price difference is not a major concern of mine; would it be possible for me to download the updated texture files from the Store, i.e. from "My Purchases". Since the revised product is now in the Store, would appreciate it if this could be done since the download period for my purchase of the original Tribal1006.zip is still valid.

Hi arendar i sent you an e mail but just in case i wanted to leave one hear for you also i know you said before the price wasnt a big deal but i would still like to compensate you for the difficulties you, ve been through i will have a site up but its still about 1 to 2 weeks away you have been very paitent and very cool i will send you a 16 money order if you send me your mailing addy also i posted the head texture in the gallery without the hair and not as great of deail its under hey you guys in poser gallery ill also send you out the other free textures you wanted this week prob teusday or wed when i get high speed access this may help in the mailing let me know if theres anything else you need

Arendar, I think the texture maps are the same ones you already have.

jeff the textures are new theyre was a few spots wear the seams showed i fixed them Arendar the texture in the gallery is different from the tribal or senjin fyi

Got the new head texture from the Gallery and left my comments there; saw your other works featuring the Tribal character in action for the first time too; awesome renders! Don't worry about the compensation, Travis, I'm not looking for a refund here. I think you have been good in trying to fix the Tribal files and I really, really want this excellent character (working in Poser 4). Glad to know that you will have a website up in 1 to 2 weeks. Keep me posted on that; perhaps I could download the updated Tribal character from there. Let's keep in touch, cheers!
