Usually when I need to manipulate the text I use vector program. Because they dont manipulate the pixels, they manipulate the vectors. In other words you can resize the font or any other graphic from very little to very big without losing the quality at all. Thats the main reason, but you need the curved text and that can be done in a second in FreeHand or Illustrator, etc. They have many tools just for manipulating the text. When you done just export in .EPS and you`ll get the transparency in PS :) Tihomir
