Subject: rendering large & more complicated images...anyone have much success in Poser??

Hi, reduce all the textures used in your scene to less than 1200x1200, reduce the number of lights to the minimum (I get along well with 3 to 4 usually), turn off 2 or 3 shadows of the lights if needed. And, if you are using dynamic clothings, export the proper ones as objects and import back to replace the dynamic pieces. My record so far is using four M3s (the high-poly models) with 18~20 conforming clothing props, four hair props and several others for the background and foreground, plus reflections on the ground and rims of the pool and the water. It did work in Poser 6.0 (but not in Poser 5, btw). Hope these tips will be of some help to you.
