I did that on Thursday. I have DSL and the download took about 40 minutes (my download and upload speeds suck).

After you do the purchase you are given a download link to start your download.

The invoice is sent to your email. Right after you order you will get what looks like a spam ad offering you 10% off your next order from eFrontier. It's not spam. If you scroll down you will see that it's also your invoice and it contains the serial number of the program.

What you download is a zip file. Unzip it and look in one of the folders for the install file and click that. That's the only file you need so I don't get why they make you download all of the others considering those files are in the installer.

After installing, go and get your service releases and updates/fixes. You'll need your SN#. Install them.

Open Poser, enter your serial number and name. That's it.

EDIT: I don't know if this would work, but you should try buying something small from eFrontier first (if they have anything). If you get an email offering you 10% off, you can then save yourself some money on Poser 6.
