Actually, none other than the most basic. TO be perfectly blunt, ballot stuffing is reasonably easy to do -- which is why the honor system is important. Since I don't see the individual results myself (nor does anyone else) the only way I'll be able to see IP addys is at the collating stage, when the IP addy will be used to cull duplicates as reasonably as possible (which will catch some responses from members in the same household, unforutnately). However, there are algorithms I'll be using to account for this, and given it's a third party (and a poor one, at that) doing this, with the intent of as open a result listing as possible, it's one of the sacrifices that has to be made.
