Well this is a refreshing dose of pragmatism. So child stuff (as defined) is a nono, fair enough. The rest of it reminds me of the pornography cases in the UK back in the 70s when Soho store owners were in and out of court every week and the judiciary plus the great and the good scrutinised 1000s of magazines trying to determine acceptable %s of genital exposure (same thing with sex and violence in movies).
