billisfree, simply export the object to Wavefront format at whatever frame you choose (frame 30 typically), then reload the object back into Poser. You can then save THAT object to the Poser palatte. When bringing the object back into Poser don't use any of the options, except maybe normals. Best Wishes, Rance
