I know just three things about Satellite internet access:

1 - You need a dish.
2 - You need a reciever.
3 - You need a decent sized wallet :-)

It's quite expensive as far as I'm aware. But just incase you're looking for the hardware, you should consider those Hauppauge digital TV reciever cards, then you get two products in one, a SatelliteTV/PVR and a way to recieve "high-speed" internet through a dish. If you go that route, be sure to check compatibility with your ISP first, 'cos I think there are only a limited amount of ISP's that support it.
