Bulls moo. :) Cattle, eh? Okay, I'll accept that word. I don't think you want to confuse a cow with an ox, though. Or even a bull with an ox. Oxen aren't cows. I'm not sure about "steer" either...I'll bet there are different terms for beef cattle and dairy cattle. "Steer" sounds like the beef variety.
