Subject: Anyone using Poser 6 with Windows x64?

Poser can't really use more memory on XP64, because it can still only address 2GByte with it's 32bit architecture. Hopefully a 64bit version of Poser will available one day. There is already a 64bit version of Cinema 4D on the market. Others will follow...
