Are you using the 'Zoom' tool to move into a scene? This can get you into trouble with being able to see everything I have found. Try keeping your camera views at 100% zoom, then use the dolly and track tools to navigate. This keeps the Production Frame in view and just moves the camera to where you want it to go. As far as resizing the frame, I go to the Render Room and change the size/ratio of my frame that way. Then I know it's going to fit where I want it to go, either video or print, and it automatically resizes in the camera view. Hope this helps. :D
