1. Thats not available yet, but will be coming. The reason being is that the members homepages are still on the Community server. Once the entire migration takes place, you'll see more that you're used to seeing. 2) I think this is on Clint's list. 3) Good idea, and I agree with you on that one, and will ask about having that done.
