Subject: Does GoBack have a Negative Impact on Carrara/3d apps performance?

GoBack works just fine for me. I regularly use Autocad, Cinema4D, Photoshop and PaintshopPro. And occasionally Painter, Carrara5 Pro, Dreamweaver, Rhino, and sometimes Turbocad 11. No problems at all on Win XP.
