So much for gratitude.... "Thank you for not making me wish I was shopping somewhere else"? I don't feel "grateful" when a store treats me like an intelligent, welcome guest whose interests, needs, and shopping experience matter. I'm dreadfully old-fashioned; I expect courtesy and all that. I'm grateful to the folks who provide free stuff, and for the great advice in the forums. The Marketplace is about money. I'm grateful if a woman makes love with me; if I pay her, my gratitude is all green... unless she takes Visa. M
