I don't think so, at least not yet. They're coming up with new capabilities all the time, though, and I haven't tried the latest version yet.

You can do this is you have Paintshop Pro or Photoshop. Just mirror or "flip horizontal" the flame and put them both onto a new image window. Gimp might do it, too, but I've never used it so I don't know first-hand.

Another neat trick with flames and fractals is to crop out parts of a fractal - either a "quarter section" or a half section and then copy that, mirror it and stick the 2 together in an enlarged "canvas" or image window side by side for horizontal symmetry. Or then take that group and flip it, copy again and stick it under the horizontally symmetrical image to make a 4x kaleido type symmetry. I used to do that a long time ago in the Fractint days - I'm sure I would have been shot on sight by some of the "purists" of those days had they known who I was - lol. I reckon since those mappings (dmj.uxf - Symmetry and Standard.uxf - Kaleidoscope) are available now in UF that I'm safe from being dragged off to the "Halls of Purity" now. :-?) There's a couple in my "DrahcirXips" gallery of oldies where I did that if you want to look called something like "fnzzcxx3" and "Entanglement" - http://www.renderosity.com/gallery.ez?ByArtist=Yes&Artist=DrahcirXips

Rick Edited to add punctuation - I think I'm getting a little anal in my older age - lol
