Not sure if you can find poses free, but there was a product once out there for a pregnant V3. Poses and morphs in one package. I would suggest you simply look in the store and key in a search key of "pregnant" and you might find it, if it is still on here. It is possible the product no longer exists here since to show pregnancy, you may have nudity involved and that goes against the TOS here.
