Apparently Billy-T uses unwelded areas in his clothing to get all the nice details. This approach interferes with the dynamic process. If you have modelling software you might be able to weld all the seperate parts together one-by-one.
It is also possible to clothify only one selected area of conforming clothing, so it may be possible to make the "skirt" part of the coat dynamic while leaving the rest conforming.
Cheers Edited to add: Remember that Dynamic Clothing must be one-sided mesh only. So the more detailed and nice a piece of conforming clothing looks, the more likely it uses inner and outer layers etc in the mesh (ie: coat lining is a seperate mesh to the outer coat leather.)
