Thanks Debbie! Hmm, I am running Norton Internet Security 2006 with the firewall instead of running the Windows XP firewall. Now that you mention it I disabled Norton and tried my download and it was fine. Just out of curiosity I re-enabled it and tried a second download just to make sure and it still gave me the download even with Norton Internet Security enabled. So, I don't think it's Norton causing the problem, maybe a temporary glitch? Because I was running Norton for my previous order from the new store and that didn't cause a problem.
