Hi Kalypso, I hate to inconvenience you, but after seeing your screenshots, the programmers made some code change. Would you do me a HUGE favor, and log out, and then log back in with your Norton running, etc.... just as you normally would, and try to download that file again and let me know if you have any problems please?
