37 years and 8 months. People will be swearing up and down for the last eighteen months though, because the darn things are going to take that long their past their "announced" release date to actually ship.

And when they finally do ship, they're going to be hard to get hold of and buggy as all hell. They won't actually get both the coding and the distribution channel issues worked out until version 1.5.2, which will be released in 38 years and 5 months, so you may want to hold off until then.

And the built-in Digital Rights Management means you won't be able to fool around with any of your favorite Hollywood celebrities. :-(

As for Poser, sorry, it won't be supported directly. You'll have to export your characters into OBJ format, which will strip out any materials, rigging, vocal inflections, memories or personality traits you may have added to your character. You can re-create these on the holodeck itself, but you'll need the SDK which is something like 10X the cost of Poser, and requires you wear a digital license collar and helmet (dongle) during the entire period you are licensed to use it, whether you are working with it or not.
