My point about it being a business is "Businesses" cover sicktime with temporary employees who can do the job while you're out sick! Sheesh! You don't expect an airline to run if all the employees are out sick, but damnit you expect it to run so they hire more employees to do the work while people are out sick. Nobody's asking for Allen's personal business here. We're asking why it's so hard for someone to fill in for him while he's out.
