Help AS with his 't' Well Fran. First you get the kettle filled and boiled and while thats going on, place a teabag into a mug or cup and sugar to choice. When the water has boiled, pour over the teabag gently so not to splash and scold you. After right colour or strength of tea pour in some milk to suit. Giving it a good stir and finding a suitable seating area, place yourself down and gently sip the tea and relax.
