THE PLACE FOR ALL THINGS BRYCE - GOT A PROBLEM? YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE

Subject: I'm making a mockery of the Hot20.

January 26, 2006 21:11 rosity time and I have 4 images in the Hot 20. Would you all PLEASE go and vote for something else? It's just embarrassing. But I'm pretty chuffed :-D p.s. I was kidding about the voting for something else.

Well deserved i guess, i am not the one who is complaining. Actually i should start doing some modelling and rendering again, haven't done much lately. As for the H20, there are only 2 artist (not going to name them, but it involves fractals and poser, the poser artist can be excused because Bryce offers a better render than Poser) in it who have little to do with Bryce in my opinion, al the others are good if not excellent examples of what can be achieved with Bryce. Its not how the H20 works but the results at this moment are most satisfying. A good showcase.

The more quality images in there, the better. Doesn't matter who did them, just that they are high quality. :^)

Congrats, Phillip! I remember how chuffed I was when you guys voted one of mine up there! 'Chuffed' = Brit slang for 'I say! This is rather splendid!'

2 more than I have had in the hot 20 in 4 years or so. Good for you. Allthough I think my latest does not suck so bad.

Glad Chuffed was explained. When I was in the CAF (Canadian Armed Forces) a chuff was when a guy woke up making a tent pole under his blankets w/o the use of his hands (if you get my meaning). Way to go Phil, well deserved.

I truly do not like any images that have character representation. Bryce was made for one reason....atmospherics and shape represenation. Not Poser imports. Don't get me wrong, you work is brilliant, always has been. "Lume" is a perfect example. It is now my desktop image. My stuff is pathetic compared. Stay true to the ideals of the program, or excel to the next level and move to Cinema 4D or 3DS Max.

Shape represenation? Ok, i wanted the shape of a dragon so i built it....and any other organic being i want. Dont need Cinema or 3DS for that. :P :P :P
