"Wondering if that is constant or acceleration" Not sure what you're trying to say there ;) The acceleration is (the only) constant in this example. And, we have no need for Earth's gravitational constant or universal gravitational constant if that's what you're thinking of. When you drop the car off the Eiffel Tower you'll need to use the one and when you send it into orbit around Neptune you'll need the other ;)
