Yes! You've got that right, I've noticed those odd tesselations you mention in C4D's booleans, and it sprang to my mind that Bryce doesn't do that. Unfortunately for Maxon's hopes of selling their latest version to me, I find I am continually comparing C4D to Bryce, and not usually to Maxon's advantage - of course one of the biggest problems I find myself facing is the almost total lack of support for version6 of C4D, compared to the immense support for Bryce - even Bryce4 has loads more stuff for it, including tutorials compared to Maxon. That's not to say that people in the C4D forums have NOT been helpful, they have, but they are more interested in using C4D9 than in anything to do with the older version 6. But that's the difference in the Forums for Bryce and C4D, the C4D forums almost don't want to know you if you have an old version - Brycers just aren't like that, they are amazingly kind and helpful.
