Well... Here's the thing... any time you take something and modify it, it starts to become "yours" ( if it's given/sold freely, with no rights hanging lingering)... the main question is how you feel about it... if you feel that you modified it enough to call it yours, then it "is"... some people feel that everything in an image must be generated by them, to be theirs... in some ways, it's it's a no-win question, because you can split hairs until you're saying that nobody here is presenting original work because they don't grind their own pigments and make their own paint.... and don't forget that you'd have to make your own canvas, too..... pretty much, it's a matter of your own conscience, and what it tells you. If you feel that this isn't "yours", then, indeed, pull it, but, think, a moment... how much DID you change?... sometimes, we get to the point that what WE call a minor change would take someone else hours of agonising. For myself, I feel it's up to you. Lou.
