Hey Laura, Exactly what I assumed :( That order # doesn't match up to anything on your account here at Renderosity. As much as I would love to be able to help, CP is the one that will have to reset your download since it was purchased through them. I'm real sorry, but our hands are tied in this one. If there is anything that you need reset from us, I'll be more than happy to help you with that, but there isn't anything I can do with this one. Deb
