hmm..Dogwaffle and Gimp? that'd be nice. I've seen a plugin somewhere for Gimp that makes it look and act like Photoshop, but if Gimp can actually use Photoshop filters, I can use Lunar Cell, Gliteratto, the 'Inky one' and all the others.
