I'd recomend Wardrobe Wizard over tailor since it both fits and converts clothes and IMHO to better effect Also a word of caution .. I predict you will start downloading and buying poser stuff. SORT IT NOW and keep track of what you've got. I recomend sorting by type and figure (ie Clothing then by figure, Props then say 'architecture' etc) Go find Crsecents site (ebonshire now right?) and read all of Dr. Geep's tutorials.
