The Head cam centres itself on the head (for obvious reasons..), and therefore rotates around the head, in all directions.

The Main cam doesn't. (again, obviously - it needs to be anywhere you want it..) IIRC, The main cam centres itself on "x=y=z=0" (but I might well be wrong..)

Are you sure that both Cams are in identical positions, and with identical settings? Any tiny difference could cause the difference..
