There are several. IIRC, the Props Guild has some free ones, and Daz3D has a good one for sale, among other sites. You can also "fake" one with a good texture map and bump if you don't need one that's too full (like the one Jonathan Frakes wore throughout most of Star Trek: the Next Generation), but that takes either practice and skill or a good photo-realistic texture.
